1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (MST) will begin processing on the following business day.
  • High-Volume Delays: During peak holiday seasons, promotional events, or major product launches, processing times may be extended up to 5 business days. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you directly via email.
  • Verification: Orders with incomplete addresses or suspected payment issues will be paused until we verify the details with the buyer.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable regional and global carriers (including Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and DHL) to offer competitive shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Within Canada (Domestic)

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $100 (CAD) before taxes and after discounts.

International Shipping (United States & Worldwide)

  • US Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days.
  • International Shipping: 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

Please note that delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as transit times may be affected by external factors.


3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For Canadian Orders: Applicable federal and provincial sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • For International Orders: Yisen Kitchenware Inc. is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for detailed import rate sheets.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your package has been handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link.

  • Tracking indicators may take 24 to 48 hours to become active on the carrier’s system.
  • You can track your package directly through the carrier’s portal or via the account panel on our website.

5. Shipping Address and Delivery Constraints

  • Accuracy: Buyers must ensure the delivery address is entirely accurate and complete. We are not responsible for shipments lost or misdelivered due to incorrect data entries.
  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We cannot ship oversized kitchenware items or heavy cookware sets to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical residential or commercial address during checkout.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a courier returns an undeliverable package to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or had an invalid address, the buyer must pay for the secondary shipping fee to have the package resent. Original shipping fees for returned packages are non-refundable.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

We handle and pack our kitchenware products with maximum care. However, accidents can happen during transit.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives physically damaged or broken, please take the following steps:

  1. Refuse the delivery if the damage is clearly visible from the outside, or accept it and document the damage immediately.
  2. Take clear photographs of the damaged box and the damaged product.
  3. Contact our support team at foggydr@yisenkitchenware.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered, but you cannot find it:

  1. Check around your property, porch, mailbox, and with neighbors.
  2. Wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.
  3. If the package is still missing, email us at foggydr@yisenkitchenware.com. We will launch an official investigation with the carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions and Order Cancellations

  • Hazardous Materials: Certain specialized kitchen items (such as compressed gas canisters for whipped cream or specific cleaning solvents) may have regional shipping restrictions and can only be shipped via ground transport.
  • Cancellations: Once an order status is marked as “Shipped” and a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. You must receive the package first and follow our standard Return Policy.
